Now Hiring - Retail Sales Associate in Vail, CO

Lamina Jewelry and Gallery in the heart of Vail Village is looking for a new full time or part time, year round sales associates to join our team. We are located in the heart of Vail village and offer a unique selection of fine and designer jewelry as well as a selection of rare fossils and minerals and unique home-decor pieces.

We are looking for a motivated person with an outgoing personality who loves to sell and is great at it. Previous high-end sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include merchandising and receiving inventory, managing shipping needs and offering the best guest experience to our visitors from around the world. We are looking for someone responsible and a team player with a positive attitude. This position is ideal for anyone searching for stability and growth opportunity in the Vail Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create memorable and personalized experiences for all guests by guiding guests through purchasing decisions.

· Follow up and manage repairs and special orders.

· Actively participate in a team atmosphere and provide coverage for all necessary duties.

· Collaborate with management on inventory, merchandising and marketing.

Specific Qualifications:

· Previous sales experience preferred, especially in high-end environment

· Natural selling abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to details

· Excellent time management skills and accountability.

· Team player with an ability to work collaboratively with a smile.

· Ability to work evenings and weekends

· Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Compensation:

Hourly (depending on experience) + Commission, Health insurance, 401k
